ONLINE RETURNS
Sourced UK facilitates online returns for exchanges if your satisfaction with the order is not absolute. You can opt for a different size within 7 days of the item's delivery.
Alternatively, an online store credit option is available.
Covering the return postage is your responsibility, and the product remains under your ownership until it reaches us. We recommend using tracked postage for your exchange.
To initiate a return, reach out to us at support@sourceduk.co.uk. Upon acceptance, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
In the unlikely event of a refund, administration charges will be deducted from the amount paid. This can be up to 25% of the value of the item purchased.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR V CLASS BOOKINGS
We understand that plans may change, and in the event that you need to cancel your VClass booking, please take note of our cancellation policy:
Cancellation More Than 72 Hours in Advance:
If you notify us of your cancellation more than 72 hours in advance of the scheduled VClass, a cancellation fee of 50% of the full amount will be charged.
Cancellation Less Than 72 Hours in Advance:
For cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance of the scheduled VClass, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
We appreciate your understanding, as these policies allow us to manage our resources efficiently and better serve all our clients.
Returns Terms & Conditions
Please refrain from removing the security seal until you are content with your order. We reserve the right to assess the condition of any product being returned, making deductions if indications exist that the product, tags, security devices, or seals have been used, removed, broken, or tampered with. The security tag must remain intact for an exchange or refund to be processed. Faulty items and discounted or pre-owned items are exempt and cannot be returned. Shoes and accessories must be returned with their original undamaged boxes, tags, and packaging. Telephones and electronic devices cannot be returned or exchanged if the packaging or seal has been tampered with and opened.
We only accept returns for new and unused items. Any item showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted. Store the item in a clean, smoke-free environment with all manufacturer-provided packaging and tags attached. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. Failure to comply may result in a right of action against you for compensation.
Personalized, custom-made, or to-measure items are non-returnable, and we cannot accept the return of face masks, undergarments, socks, scarves, or gloves for hygiene purposes. Special orders sourced exclusively for you through our private shopping custom services are non-returnable.
Products should be returned in the original packaging with brand tags attached and show no signs of wear. Undamaged shoe boxes are considered part of the product.
Eyewear - We cannot refund the cost of lenses for items with prescription or custom lenses, as they are customized. For frames with free lenses, the entire frame cost (excluding shipping) will be refunded. Custom items will be clearly marked on the product page and outlined in our email correspondence, with a written confirmation required from you accepting the returns/exchanges conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods, we may refuse a refund and return the goods to you at your cost.
